Delivery time varies depending on in-stock or made-to-order items. We endeavour to deliver any in-stock item in 3 working days within Hong Kong, and 5-12 working days for other countries. Maximum delivery time is 8-12 weeks if the item is made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. If you need something sooner than the delivery time stated, or by a specific date, please contact us so that we can confirm availability on the items and prioritise their dispatch.

We ship local & international standard order via SF Express and international expedited order via FedEx. All shipping cost is included. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves us. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. 

We provide 5 years warranty on all of our jewellery from the date of purchase, provided it has not been worked on by another jeweller or if the damage goes beyond accepted patterns of wear. Beyond the warranty period we will quote for any necessary repairs on a case-by-case basis.

Every Aimee Lee Fine Jewels piece comes with a complimentary polishing cloth. Whilst basic cleaning can be done at home, we recommend having your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected every 6 months. We have no control over how the jewellery is being worn. Always protect your jewellery from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat or cold to minimise these effects.

General Care Instructions
1. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray or any other fluids and chemicals.

2. Remove jewellery when applying make-up and creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Any residue dulls the shine of your ring.

3. Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

4. Clean your jewellery gently with our polishing cloth. Often clean it softly in warm water and let it dry well.

5. Store your jewellery separately when not in use in jewellery box.
