Delivery time varies depending on in-stock or made-to-order items. We endeavour to deliver any in-stock item in 3 working days within Hong Kong, and 5-12 working days for other countries. Maximum delivery time is 8-12 weeks if the item is made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. If you need something sooner than the delivery time stated, or by a specific date, please contact us so that we can confirm availability on the items and prioritise their dispatch.

We ship local Hong Kong order via SF Express and international order via FedEx. All shipping cost is included. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves us. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. 

Goods purchased may be returned within 7 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging, original invoice must be presented. The period of warranty shall start from the date of purchase and shall cover a period of 30 days. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace a defective product provided it is returned with the original invoice. After warranty period, we will charge for the repair service, the price depends on the type of repair service, please contact us for more information. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns. Aimee Lee Fine Jewels reserved the right of final decision in case of disputes.

For bespoke orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. Your deposit acts as a commitment to the order, if you change your mind after the deposit has been paid we reserve the right to retain your deposit to cover design time and gemstone sourcing. The remaining balance will be due before collection or dispatch of the order. Goods remain the property of Aimee Lee Fine Jewels until paid for in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
